JIGS AND CHECKING FIXTURE

Many finished parts within the industries that we serve require verification on check fixtures and gauges. We design and manufacture check fixtures and gauges for automotive headliners, floor assemblies, carpets, dash components, wheel well liners, thermal-acoustic panels, stamped metal parts, bumpers, fascia and more. We can build a gauge to check any part. We also build holding/nesting fixtures for secondary operations such as machining, drilling, trimming, painting, gate cutting, punching, welding, and assembly. Each check fixture or gauge is CMM checked and certified to meet or exceed our customer’s desired specifications and tolerances.
